• Space planning: 2 options, 1 revision
• Furniture selection: from local and online vendors; 2 options, 1 revision
• Order management: using our trade discounts to save up to 20% on furniture purchases
• Installation: assemble furniture, hang art, etc (up to 3 hours included)
• Designer styling: the finishing touches

Package price based on size and complexity: fee proposal sent following the initial consultation

Package includes:

• Project measurement
• Conceptual plans
• Style and color concept
• Coordination with our preferred contractors, tradespeople, or vendors, or those of your choice
• Selection of finish materials (tile, flooring, paint, window coverings, etc)
• Weekly site meetings during construction
• Handoff of product documentation at completion of the project

• Exterior paint selection: $200
• Interior paint selection: $250
• Window covering consultation:$250
• Specification of custom installation (add to Quick Fix): price varies
• Fine art selection: $2000
• Shopping with a designer at store of your choice: $180-$225/hr
• Shopping at San Francisco Design Center: $1250/half day, $2500/full day
• Seasonal decoration: $750/room + materials

• Initial consultations are invoiced at time of booking for $200; cost is credited to account upon acceptance of fee proposal
• Fees for design phases are charged at the beginning of the phase; if revisions exceed the number included in package, additional time will be invoiced at $180 per associate designer, $225 for principal designer Amanda Giles
• Retainer fees apply to Custom Fixes and Construction Fixes
• Furnishings from standard vendors are invoiced at time of purchased; invoice due upon receipt
• Furnishings from trade-only vendors are invoiced 50% when order is placed, 50% upon delivery
